We are delighted to have been featured in FMJ and Facilitate with our thoughts on the underrepresentation of women in FM for International Women's Day. Growing the diversity of the FM sector is an important topic for us, and this was a great opportunity to speak to FM specialists on the topic of attracting women to careers in FM, gender parity and exploring benefits that help women stay in work and balance their home responsibilities.

A shorter version of the IWD article published on the FMJ website was also published in their magazine in early April.
