Race at Work Charter
The Race at Work Charter works to promote racial equality in the workplace and remove the barriers to work faced by underrepresented groups. We continue our support for inclusive, equitable and diverse workforces across the UK by signing onto this charter and committing ourselves to continued education and growth as a team on this subject. We understand that recruitment is a space to affect meaningful change to employment and hope that our work in this space will help workplaces become more inclusive.
Armed Forces Covenant Pledge
Supporting our Armed Forces and veterans is something close to the heart of 300 North. Through close connections we have worked with the veteran community to support their re-entry into work and civilian life over a number of years. As a recruitment company operating in the FM sector, there are a great deal of opportunities that lend themselves to the skillsets acquired by those in our British forces and we’re keen to promote their entry into the sector through training and development and to take part in more education for the sector around this.
Mindful Employer
We are strong advocates of positive mental health in the workplace and in support of this, are signed up on the 'Mindful Employer Charter' for ‘employers positive about mental health’. We have worked with Mindful Employer Leeds a number of times over the years, and appreciate the partnership we have built with them. As a team we are committed to creating a mindful and balanced workplace, and we believe operational excellence is closely tied to health and wellness.
