Sustainability
Our impact on the environment is of great importance to us and here at 300 North we take our responsibility towards sustainability very seriously. We work together with our candidates and clients to reduce their impact and to reduce ours where we can.
Many of our clients are currently working towards global sustainability goals and we support these by hiring like-minded and sustainability focused candidates. We are doing increasing work in the energy sector, fulfilling green job requests across FM.
We also work within the local community supporting local Leeds and UK based businesses and charities which helps to reduce our footprint through relying on locally sourced products.
Our team are also aware of their personal impact and endeavour to reduce this through a variety of efforts including walking / cycling to work, investing in electric vehicles, eating more green and looking after plants and gardens.
