In February we featured in FM Business Daily with an article on how FM companies could support the over 50's back into work, and draw on that expanded talent pool. We also worked with Facilitate on a 'Now > Next > How?' piece aimed at a holistic approach to tackling the FM skills shortage.
March
We worked with Uptree and TWinFM on a piece for National Careers Week, a wider piece on holistic hiring for the FM sector for FM Business Daily, and a piece on PFI Handback and the skills shortage there for the Partnerships Bulletin.

May
Our piece on retention and onboarding was featured on FM Business Daily.

In June we released a piece for Partnerships Bulletin on how people are often forgotten on large scale PFI projects, and how builidng relationships and trust makes projects easier to run and more fulfilling for all the parties involved.
September
We wrote a piece for the FMJ magazine on the Personnel Touch, how focusing on personal attributes and soft skills can be a useful way to expand talent pools.
We also worked on a comment for Facilitate magazine on best practice for handback and one for Partnerships Bulletin on looking at what transferrable skills young people can offer in the PFI space. This article was also featured in FM Director magazine.
November
Then in November we brought together a group of FM experts, Mark Goodyer at Sodexo, Semperian Infrastructure Group, and Mark Whittaker at Thomson FM to speak on providing employee benefits and how these can be a differentiator in the current recruitment market. This article featured in FMJ magazine.
