We work hard to embody our values: Honesty, Integrity, Knowledge, Enthusiasm and Fun.
We know that by instilling these values in our workplace we strengthen our team community, and by upholding them in our workforce we do the very best for our candidates and clients.
We work to create an inclusive and wellbeing focused workplace that serves all of our staff members.
We collaborate to decide on the charitable activities of the year and always support their individual charitable endeavours.
We believe in the learning and development of our team, and work with them to achieve any training goals.
Being an independent company based in Leeds and Gateshead allows us to work closely with small businesses and charities local to us.
We often take part in community events and volunteering opportunities and support team members individually in doing so.
We work closely with FM companies across the UK to support the public awareness and growth of the FM sector.
Each year we take on new challenges to raise money for a local charity close to the team's heart.
These events and team challenges bring us closer together, help with team building and are also great fun! We work hard together to fundraise for worthy projects and causes.
We donate to food banks regularly to aid local charities for homeless and vulnerable people.
Our chosen charity of 2022 is the Leeds Hospitals Charity who support NHS staff to deliver the best care for over a million patients and their families each year. They work with local communities, schools and businesses to provide £5 million in additional funding for Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust.
Our impact on the environment is of great importance to us and here at 300 North we take our responsibility towards sustainability very seriously. We work together with our candidates and clients to reduce their impact and to reduce ours where we can.
You might also catch us at various events in the FM social and conference calendar, particularly in the North region.
We also regularly host team social events to be able to get together more casually outside of work.
