Role: Site Manager
Location: Manchester
Rate: £280 per day CIS
Start date; 2 weeks time
Mon-Fri - 7.30am - 4.30pm
6 Months work minimum
We currently have the below role for a Site Manager - to work on a large hospital in Manchester on their projects team.
A proven track records of projects works on a live hospital is a must. Values £50k - £2M, roofing, fabric, painting & M&E. All works sub-contracted back out.
Must have:
SMSTS
First aid
CSCS card of benefit
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
Strong sub-contractor management and keen eye for health & safety is a must.
