Overseeing the HVAC Contractor on a Fire Station in Workington.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a HVAC contractor on a Fire Station project in Workington, Cumbria. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic project for 6 weeks, starting Monday, 24th March.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise HVAC installations and works on site.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with contractors and other site staff.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installations.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations efficiently.
