Are you an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager with a background in M&E or Construction? Our client is looking for a hands-on professional to oversee small capital works within a non-PFI environment. You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering small-scale construction and maintenance projects within a facility, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, by managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial client brief to project closeout, including site design, contractor management, financial control, and adherence to health and safety regulations; typically focusing on smaller repair, refurbishment, and improvement works across various building systems like mechanical, electrical, and fabric elements.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site role – must be visible and able to push back when required.
Deliver small capital works projects, including flooring, painting, chillers, and boilers.
Work closely with the Assistant Director on site for structure and support.
Oversee full design and delivery – no direct reports.
