Senior Project Manager – (SC Cleared Required)
Location: Central London
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £75K + Car Allowance
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a technical background and strong stakeholder management skills to oversee life cycle and capital works. SC Clearance is required for this position due to the nature of the site the project is based on.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee life cycle and capital works—covering all aspects of the building.
Manage high-level stakeholders within a critical environment, ensuring expectations are met.
Work within a robust FM team, supporting another Project Manager and Project Assistant.
Take ownership of P&L responsibilities.
Work closely with the procurement and purchasing departments—no administrative tasks required.
