Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week,
Monday to Friday
Call out 1 in 4 - standing charge is £135
Minimum 4 hours paid
OT Paid 1.5 after 40 hours

Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive, high-quality property maintenance services across School sites in Hull.
- Collaborate with the Hard Services Manager and Engineering Team to ensure all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks are scheduled and completed as per contract and statutory requirements.
- Manage contractors, ensuring required Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are reviewed prior to work commencement.
- Maintain facilities to the standards specified in the performance agreement with clients.
- Perform planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools while undertaking maintenance duties.
- Maintain asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports, and inform the Maintenance Manager of any follow-up actions required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Gas Engineer with significant experience in Facilities Maintenance or a similar environment.
- Experience in plumbing and HVAC control systems.
- Experience working with commercial boilers and related plant.
- Certifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1.
- Proficient IT skills with a range of PC packages.
- IPAF/PASMA certification.
- Permit to Work management experience, including Working at Height and use of high-level powered access equipment.
- Water Management knowledge aligned with L8 regulations.
- Valid UK Driving License.
Important: Successful candidates will require an Enhanced DBS with Child Barred List Check prior to starting the role.
