Our client is seeking a Contract Coordinator to join their small but dynamic team in Burnley on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week). This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, along with a company vehicle and an excellent benefits package.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Facilities Management Senior Performance Manager, overseeing the Performance and Compliance of FM services across schools in Blackburn and Lancashire. You will play a vital role in ensuring these services consistently meet the high standards required by the FM Contract, Authority Requirements, and the specific needs of each school.

As a key figure on this contract, you'll help deliver a customer-focused service, while ensuring that compliance with business and industry standards is maintained to the highest level.

What You'll Deliver:  

- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and school staff.  

- Assist in managing the performance and compliance of FM services across multiple schools.  

- Oversee the helpdesk, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.  

- Produce and analyse monthly reports, as well as the annual service report.  

- Collate data, conduct trend analysis and proactively handle customer feedback and issues.  

- Conduct internal audits and safety visits to ensure compliance.  

- Support in completing key documentation: Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Service Delivery Plans, Business Continuity Plans, etc.  

- Manage CAFM systems and ensure accurate asset management and performance tracking.  

- Attend and contribute to client meetings, ensuring all actions are completed on time.

Who We're Looking For:

- Strong understanding of FM industry standards and compliance.  

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.  

- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in a client-focused or service-based FM environment.  

- Competent with office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  

- Knowledge of CAFM systems is essential.  

- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.  

- Full UK driving license required.
