Role: Site Manager
Location: Wakefield
Start Date: Tuesday 6th May
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30
Duration: 4-weeks
Pay: £250.00 per day CIS
We're looking for a Site Manager to oversee fire-stopping works on a site in Wakefield, starting Tuesday 6th May. The role will involve overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are carried out safely, professionally and in line with safeguarding requirements. As this is a live site with vulnerable elderly adults, an Enhanced DBS check with adult barring is required.
Requirements:
- Experience overseeing sub-contractors (construction)
- Valid Enhanced DBS with Adult Barring - essential due to the environment
- SMSTS and First Aid certification
- Proven track record of managing live sites professionally and with sensitivity to vulnerable residents
