Are you a Project Manager with experience delivering full lifecycle projects, including small works, refurbishments, and reactive capital projects? Due to the nature of this role, SC Clearance is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of projects in a secure environment, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining compliance and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from initial feasibility through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Small Works & Refurbishments: Manage minor construction, fit-outs, and refurbishment projects within a secure environment.
Reactive Capital Projects: Lead urgent capital works, ensuring a swift and compliant response to project demands.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of project goals.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all works adhere to security, health & safety, and regulatory requirements in a highly sensitive setting.
Budget & Contract Management: Control costs, oversee contractor performance, and ensure adherence to project specifications.Requirements:
3+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within facilities management, construction, or public sector projects.
SC Clearance is essential – candidates must already hold or be eligible to obtain clearance.
Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience delivering small works, refurbishments, and capital projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and secure environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
