Role : Project Manager - New Build Housing
Location: Whitby
Rate; £310 - £330 per day CIS
Duration: 18 -24 monthsOur client is looking for a project manager to join their team to over see 70 new homes being built in Whitby. The scheme will encompass a lot of renewable energy elements such as Solar PV & Heat pumps.
The ideal candidate must have a strong demonstrable background in managing timebound/challenging projects, working closely with the sub contractors to make delivery as efficient as possible. You will report directly to the senior contract manager.
You will on occasion be required to attend meetings at the head office which is located near Darlington.
The Role:
- Financial sign offs
- Holding meetings with sub contractors
- Reports
- Procurement of materials
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or HNC Building Studies
- SMSTS
- First aid
- Computer literate
