• Salary: £76,500 + Car Allowance: £7,350 + Bonus: Up to 30%
• Location: South West Region
• Hybrid Working: On-site 3 days per week, home/remote-based 2 days per week

The Role

As a PFI Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving financial and operational performance while ensuring full compliance and value generation for investors. You’ll be responsible for managing complex contracts, overseeing third-party service providers, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial and operational asset management strategies
• Oversee statutory compliance and health & safety across PFI facilities
• Monitor third-party FM providers, ensuring contract compliance and service excellence
• Lead on complex contract negotiations and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage budget planning, financial oversight, and lifecycle cost analysis
• Foster strong relationships with investors, clients, and lenders

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: PFI experience and SPV management expertise
• Desirable: Healthcare sector experience (transferable experience considered)
• Preferred: Technical knowledge, though not essential
• Alternative Consideration: Senior FM professionals with extensive healthcare PFI contract experience at a commercial level
• Requirement: Enhanced DBS clearance
