Project Manager - Lifecycle

Location: Mansfield 

Salary- £55k per annum 

Car allowance

28 days holiday plus 8 

Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team covering schools 

a large health care facility. 

The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or healthcare project management of benefit. Must have a strong working knowledge of riba. 

The Role


  • P&L support
  • Financial sign offs
  • Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £4m 
  • Health & Safety sign off
  • Client facing and holding meetings
  • Reports 

Qualifications & Experience 


  • Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
  • PFI
  • Riba 
  • Computer literate
  • Driver
  • Must have an enhanced DBS before starting work
