Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering schools & NHS buildings.
The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or done projects for local authorities educational sites. Must have a strong working knowledge of riba.
The Role
- Overseeing schools and NHS buildings
- P&L support
- Financial sign offs
- Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £2.5m per year
- Health & Safety sign off
- Client facing and holding meetings
- Reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
- PFI
- Riba
- Computer literate
- Driver
- Must have an enhanced DBS before starting work
