I am recruiting for a Facilities Support Manager to work on a Facilities Management contract Wiltshire. This role focuses on providing essential analytical support for a key FM contract, making it ideal for candidates with strong data analysis and reporting experience in the FM or construction industry.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Clean and Validate Data: Ensure existing data, including condition surveys, maintenance plans, and spend history, is thoroughly cleaned and verified for migration to the new Asset Management System.
  • Conduct Site Visits: Verify asset data and review historical information in existing repositories.
  • Update Profiles and Reporting: Modify asset profiles and assist in developing reporting tools and metrics to support improved lifecycle planning.
  • Support Operations and Lifecycle Management: Assist the Operations Team with lifecycle management, planning, assurance, and change management initiatives.
  • Implement Procedures: Help implement revised lifecycle procedures and update processes in coordination with the Business Services Manager.
  • Support Testing and Training: Set up test environments, conduct data tests, and train team members as a super-user.
  • Ensure Integration Accuracy: Support the implementation of the new Change Portal and ensure the Asset List is accurate for integration into the new system.
  • Collaborate on System Implementation: Work with the Estates Business Analyst and Strategic Asset Manager on the overall implementation of the new Asset Management System and its lifecycle reporting capabilities.

Qualifications/Skills


  • Experience in systems or data management in FM or construction-related industries.
  • Training in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and asset management systems.
  • Full driving license required.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Numerically accurate with knowledge of building fabric and services.
  • Experience with IT applications for data management and reporting.
